Kate Winn
Administrator

I believe caring for our elders is the most meaningful work. I’m proud to lead a team that makes Big Horn a great place to live and work. At home, I enjoy life with my six kids and two grandchildren.

Director of Nursing

I support our staff and residents to ensure everyone feels respected and cared for—especially on tough days. I love building real connections. At home, I’m a busy mom who loves to laugh with her kids and puppy.

Andrea Peters
Regional Business Office Director

I support business office teams across our three Wyoming homes and help residents and families navigate Medicaid and payment. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, camping, and spending time with friends.

Dani Crane
Admissions

I help residents feel welcome from day one, managing all transfers and discharges with care. When I’m not at work, I’m with my friends and my pack of dogs.

Jaime Banks
Director of Housekeeping and Laundry

I lead housekeeping and laundry, but my goal goes beyond cleaning—I make sure every resident feels loved, cared for, and at home. Seeing their smiles is the best part of my day. Outside work, I’m with my family or my dogs.

Jamie Welch
Human Resources

Jamie plays a key role in making Big Horn a great place to work by ensuring employees feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, time with her husband of 25 years, and her two grandchildren.

Stephanie
Social Services

I advocate for people of all backgrounds and work to improve lives daily. I make sure every need is met so residents know they’re supported. At home, I’m wrangling my kids and husband—with a Mello Yellow in hand.

Ashley Maronick
CNA Supervisor & Scheduler

I’ve been a CNA since 2014 and love long-term care. I enjoy helping both staff and residents grow and building a positive work culture. I’m married with two sassy daughters, and I love fishing in my free time.
